Youth for Climate Hackathon 2.0, organized by ICLEI South Asia's Youth and Sustainability team, aims to empower young innovators to turn creative ideas into actionable solutions to the climate crisis. The 2026 theme is “Action-oriented transitions: Translating resilient, scalable and inclusive solutions for Circular Cities.” The hackathon is open to young adults from India, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, and Thailand. Participants are encouraged to develop innovative solutions aligned with the COP31 Agenda and ICLEI Pathways, with a focus on creating resilient, scalable, and inclusive solutions for sustainable and circular cities.
